Please plan to arrive at least 10 min early. Please also have your athlete completely ready. Sorry but we ask parents to not be in the shooting area due to time constraints. In addition, make sure your child is not late as this delays our time for the next time.
Pre-Orders: You can place your orders online ahead of photo day, however, it is not required and you will be able to still order on and after photo day. Some parents like to get it out of the way, you can always add on additional items with a new order. This way you got one less thing on your list. You will receive the information on pre-ordering from your gym or from an email from us with the link and access code.
In addition, we will be sending you a text/email reminder as soon as photos are ready to place any additional orders you may want.
**If I pre-order do I still get to choose my photo for my order? Yes, Absolutely! Instructions will be sent after photo day and the galleries are released. We don't want to pick your images for you, we usually take between 6-10 images per athlete.
Basics of photo day:
- Sibling photos are allowed and should be done during one of the scheduled times.
- Time permitting at the end of each team we will do some buddy photos. Please note: not all teams may have extra time.
- Full body and several close ups will be taken so be sure you athlete is in full uniform from head to toe. We try our best to fix any stray hairs or uniform adjustments but ultimately it is up to you and the athlete to make sure everything is just right.
ALL athletes will be photographed individually and with their team, regardless if you place an order or not. If you are a cross over please attend both team photo times, only one individual is needed unless it’s a different uniform. We will take several poses of each athlete, you will then choose your “individual” pose for your package via an online gallery that will be emailed to you with further instructions after photo day.
How do I get notified when photos are ready?
We use text/email to notify you. If you choose not to place a pre-order you can ensure you get notified by registering here.
1. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.
2. I received an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?
If you have received a access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."
3. I received an email with login information - how can I order photos?
After you have placed an order or registered with the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and the new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos, and check the status of your orders.
4. Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."
5. How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. Orders which include free shipping to gyms are processed in bulk 5-10 business days after the order selection deadline. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered. Please note some products may arrive seperate.
Since Covid everything is running slower these days and with many of our labs short staffed and especially the post office we are doing our best. We are trying our best to get everything out quickly. We set an initial order deadline usually a week after photos are released, from then it takes 2 weeks to receive your order. We expect to have all orders within 3 weeks from release, we encourage you to have the orders shipped directly to you you can add this on during pre-order for $5.25. Please Note: Some items may arrive separately, additionally the following items will only be shipped to the gym as they require bulk shipping (yard signs, posters, banners). If you choose not to ship to you directly your order will be sent to the gym in a bulk order, the fastest option is to ship to home.
6. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect our work against illegal downloads.
7. What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We are committed to offering only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We are devoted to your satisfaction.
8. Can I crop the images?
Yes you are able to adjust cropping.
9. I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?
Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.
10. Athlete appearance
Please make sure your athlete is ready for photos, hair, makeup, uniform etc. We are unable to assist in hair/makeup/uniform adjustments we will do our very best to ensure everything is in place but ultimately it is up to you and the athlete to ensure they are ready.
11. Downloads
Downloads are only available for individual/buddy photos. Team photos are not available for download.
Don't wait until photo day as we are unable to answer our phones while shooting.
